If you want something badly enough, you’ll find a way. If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse. It’s as simple as that.

The excuses we tell ourselves, and anybody else that will listen, are nothing more than justifications as to why we haven't done what we said we would.

And, over the years, I have heard just about every excuse you can imagine for why people I'm working with have not done as they said they would.

So, allow me to be frank for a moment. The quality of your business is shaped by the quality of your excuses.

It's easier to do nothing and conjure up excuses than it is to work hard and achieve what you set out to do. That's why more people aren't successful.

So next time you are ready to offer up an excuse ask yourself this question.

'What's the cost to me, my business and the life I want to create by offering this excuse rather than doing the work required?'

It's time to stop making excuses and start achieving the results you're capable of. We all have the potential for greatness.
