BUSINESS BEGINS AND ENDS WITH YOU!
Although statistics vary, on average about 50% of all start-up businesses in South Africa fail within 24 months due to the inability and inexperience of their owners.
This reality sounds the alarm on the importance of ensuring that You, We, The Entrepreneur, The Director, The Shareholder, The CEO or what ever fancy name we call ourselves these days, possess the necessary characteristics, qualities, skills, personality, etc. to succeed in business.
Not everyone has what it takes to start a company. That’s not to say that your idea is not brilliant, but are you ready for all the mental, physical, financial work that comes with it, like marketing to potential clients, bookkeeping, managing your business?
It all comes down to facing your fears, challenging yourself and breaking out of your comfort zone. It means that you must have the personality traits to handle launching a business of your own. So before investing any time or resources and potentially waste your hard earned money, EVALUATE yourself and see if you have some the typical traits of an entrepreneur.

Do you have a vision?
Are you a rule breaker?
What is the reason I am starting a business?

These are just some of many questions you can use to examine your entrepreneurial ability. So, after your self -inventory is done and you are undoubtedly certain that you are for business. Now lets work on your IDEA.
