Community is about working together and helping one another in times of need 🤝
After the immense tornado damage in our coastal city and the town of Tongaat, we at Cargo Tarpaulin and Net Manufacturers were honoured to be a part of this disaster relief initiative headed by Pst. Speedy at Gateway Church Mt.Egdecombe.
We manufactured and supplied waterproof tarps to temporarily replace the roofs of homes that were blown away by the storm.
Many in that community have nowhere else to go for shelter so this little way that we could help solve their problem was truly appreciated by the community.
A huge thank you to YS Distributors Durban for sponsoring the pvc material that allowed us to manufacture the roof tarps.
Without everyone coming together, this would not have been possible.
We hope this post encourages other Durban and local businesses to help join the many local initiatives in providing relief that is much needed in our city.
