Our goal is achieve designing and planning homes that can be affordable

to everyone in these areas. Our target is year is 2025 atleast 25 % of KwaZulu Natal townships and rural building infrastructure must in an acceptable valuable condition. Our main service is to help general members of our society implement construction infrastructure project that will add value to the community economy and social behaviour. The projects that are properly planned and technically implemented must benefits the owner and the community. Is to witness building construction project's changing positively the lives of the owner and the community. Also creating an understanding of a service to both the owner and the client. Therefore our involvement assist our clients avoid their limitations of skills in drawing, planning, quantifying and managing a construction project fail or produce a default product. Our services are solely designed for client's who are value oriented and change driven. Ensuring that our building environment and infrastructure in township's and rural areas is sustainable and developing to enhance growth. Our services are currently offered only in KwaZulu Natal province.

THE BUILDING REGULATOR STANDARD

It is important as a client or owner to have a person that understand building regulations and standards on your side. As the contractors you hire for the construction of your project must adhere to standards and regulation. As value of your building property is evaluated on building regulations and standards compliance on your building project not money spent on the project.

MISTAKES OFTEN MADE BY CLIENTS

The most usual mistake done by the client is to represent him / herself on a project. Which is risky as most client tends to focus and influenced by the budget. The budget becomes valueless if a contractor hired doesn't adhere to regulations and standards. With less knowledge and skills on regulations and standards. The client's might select a wrong contractor to build their projects and waste their budget. The are many builders on the market. That why it is important to allow a process designed based on regulations and standards compliance on contractors. To select a competitive contractor for the project. Even though budget is important for the but without compliance on regulations and standards it becomes no value.

ADVANTAGE

A professional representative on behalf of a client must be a person qualified in built environment or scholar. As that person must be able to foresee and strategies on things to be done on benefiting the client/ the owner. Having such a person as a representative avoid unnecessary payments, disputes, risks and mostly the project failure. He/ She advise and represent the client on the project in ensuring that regulations and standards are done as promised. He / She should be able to draft a contract that covers regulations and standards. Which eventually becomes guideline for quality evaluation of the project. Also a representative should be able to draft a bill of quantities, which contractors must quote based on it. No contractor should just quote based on previous projects, measurements are important for quotation.

Make sure you first seek a representative to draft also your wishes for your project and able to translate them on regulations and standards. Which guides the construction industry. Also the representative must be able to draft plan, quantify, price, evaluate and issuing of payment certificates. That is very important as that makes and brake the project if not properly monitored.
