When you are fully charged, you tend to get more done, have better interactions, your mind is focused, your physique becomes stronger, and you experience high levels of engagement. This charge carries forward, creating an upward cycle for those you care about.

The 3 key conditions for a person to experience a “Full Charge” in their day:
• Meaning - doing something that benefits another person.
• Interactions - creating more positive than negative moments.
• Energy - making choices that improve your mental and physical health.
