On Saturday Isphepho Team joined the rest of the globe on an exciting International Coastal Cleanup. Virginia beach was painted in different colours.🌊 Great job to the organisers EThekwini Municipality and all stakeholders that participated including University of kwazulu-Natal and local schools. Start collecting these plastic bottles at home, school or business and sell them at your nearest buy-back centre.

A job well done to the community of Umlazi E Section for coming out in numbers to join us on our campaign. All of you made a difference. Thank you to EThekwini Municipality Durban Solid Waste and EDTEA KZN staff for your presence and support with resources. Recyclables were collected using Safripol sponsored plastic and bulk bags.

"We must never forget that it is our duty to protect this environment" Nelson Mandela. In celebration of the 67 minutes of Nelson Mandela day, Isphepho Ambassador along with EThekwini Municipality (DSW) participated in a clean-up campaign led by Councillor (Cllr) Mngwengwe of ward 83 at Umlazi L section. Majority waste collected will be recycled.

Our Mandela day gift was 40 pairs of Gumboots sponsored by Plasticsa Thank to Nana Ndlovu of DSW for the delivery. We will now be safe when conducting streams clean up campaigns.
