Criteria:
Relevant Welding Qualification / Certification
2 – 3 years’ relevant welding experience
Experience with various welding techniques and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good knowledge of welding safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
Valid driver’s licence would be advantageous

Maintenance Manager
Ref: CXP166/2026
Location: Stanger (KwaDukuza)

To undertake and be responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance of the Company

Fixed Term Contract
Main Duties include:

Perform all duties to the latest ISO 14001 and 45001 requirements.
Maintain discipline in the organisation to legal requirements & Company Policies & Procedures
Assist with the shutdown and start up procedures for all plants.
Be available for 24-hour stand-by duties.
Knowledge of PLC and SCADA Programming and maintenance.
Maintenance of automated packaging equipment.
Strong knowledge of software programs.
Instrumentation set up and maintenance.
Equipment failure root cause analysis.
Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities to minimise site breakdowns and optimise equipment performance
Working with suppliers and contractors to self-manage maintenance work.


Criteria:
Grade 12
Millwright qualification or electrical engineer or mechanical engineer
Strong mechanical experience
Electric Control and Instrumentation experience
3 -5 years’ relevant experience in maintenance.
Computer literate (Google sheet/Excel, Google docs/Word)

HR OFFICER
Ref: CXP167/2026

Be responsible for Human Resources function in the North Coast region.

Location: Stanger (KwaDukuza)

Main Duties include:
Perform HR support
Administer budget within the HR department in KZN
Supervise Receptionist
Participate in MANCO meetings
Placing internal/external advertisements for vacant positions
Assist in advising on labour relations issues (grievances, disciplinary etc), with input from Head Office.
Arranging labour relations matters(disciplinary enquiries, appeal hearings, grievance hearings) and take minutes where necessary.
Assist managers to conduct counselling sessions with staff.
Liaise with Unions and shop stewards
Participate in wage negotiations.
Participate in all Employment Equity initiatives.

Criteria:
Grade 12 plus a Degree qualification in Human Resources or assessed equivalent competence.
4 to 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources.
Computer literacy competency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
Strong people interaction and English written and verbalskills
Organisational skills
Industrial Relations and Union experience is essential.

Min. 5 years experience in supply chain with 2+ years supervisory experience
Experience in supply chain and inventory management is essential
Previous experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing sector is preferred
Experience with quoting and FOREX
Clearing and Forwarding experience
