It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Helena, the kind and familiar face so many of you knew and loved at Pure Hydro.

Pure Hydro has always been a family business, and she was truly it's heart. Whether you came in for water or just a chat, she greeted you with a smile, remembered your name, and made you feel like part of our family too. Her warmth, patience and gentle humour touched everyone who walked through our doors.

We know many of you felt a connection to her - whether through a kind word, a shared laugh, or simply her presence. Thank you for welcoming her into your lives and hearts.

Though she's no longer with us in person, her spirit will always live on in the walls of our shop, in our family and in the community she helped build.

We miss her more than words can express.
