Shocked, Shook and Understood!
Again Customer-Centricity is a MYTH and expecting any kind of initiative from service level employees is non-existant.
Absa South Africa thanks for the message passed on by your BUsiness Banker, I received it loud and clear.
I spent the morning tryin to reach ABSA Business Banking, wanting to open a new business account. Not being able to reach the branches I needed in Jhb, I reached our to my former branch in KZN. Th branch manager Reshma took my deals and said she HOPES, someone from Business banking will contact me.
I get a call from Nivasen Perumal an Enterprise Banker - give him the brief. He then sends me an email to suggest I contact Jhb or use their VIRTUAL CHANNELS! He did not even refer my email or contact details to anyone else within ABSA that could assist! The only message I received from Nivasen is that ABSA has enough business and requires no more! I will be moving my current business account and credit cards away from ABSA this week as well. This is not the level of service I find acceptable. Thanks for letting me know how unneeded and unwanted by business is!
