Job Title: Quality Controller Assistant
Location: Pinetown KZN
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade12.
- Minimum of 2 and more years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office packages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret drawings.
- Ability to use quality measurement tools, vernier, concentricity gauge.
- Hommel contour tester, shadow graph and surface tester.
- Strong Administrative skills.
- Good communication skills.
Key Performance Areas:
- Assisting quality controller HOD with final audits.
- Gauges setting and adjusting for operators/setters according to drawing specs.
- Assist with quality inspector duties which includes , patrol inspections and first off audits.
- Perform daily checks on the final inspection department.
- Attend to call outs at the final inspection department.
- Complete all relevant documentation before end of shift.
- Adhoc duties and projects.
