What does this really mean?
It seems that there are a lot of companies that will tell you the customer is king but then do not act this way.
In the last few weeks I have experienced the following -

1. Company promised to come and quote, phoned once for an appointment which was not convenient for me, and I have never heard from them again.

2. Company came to quote, on a different job, and promised a quote within 2 days and I have never heard from them again some two weeks later.

3. Company quoted but have never followed up to see if I wanted to go ahead.
