My name is Lerisha and I created my life coaching company after I learned the importance of life coaching, what it is and what it's all about. I first discovered it in a weekend course I took in London and though, "Oh my God, why did I not know about this my whole life!"

he life you want in any arena, be it career, romance, family, relationships, anything! Some may wonder how is life coaching different from psychiatry or therapy. Bill Cole describes coaching as the client an the coach becoming a team, focusing on the clients goals and needs accomplishing more than the client would alone. Psychiatry is the branch of medicine that deals with mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. I wondered how many people out there knew about this, how many people out there would benefit from it. I also realised that I had found my calling. This is my life's purpose. So I've set off on a mission not just to educate people on coaching, but to become a coach myself and be of service to those who need it. Whether you need to build confidence, elevate self-esteem, accomplish a specific goal or just figure out what to do next, life coaching can work for you.
