The Daily Dispatch covers the objection process in todays paper, but even more convenient just contact Chris from Rates Rite who charges a nominal fee of R500 to do the initial analysis to determine whether the value can be reduced or not. Should it be determined there is room for a downward adjustment a fee of R3000 is charged for the valuation report and objection submission. This could result in a big saving on rates.
