Democracy....What is that ? Is it the system of government by the people and for the people ? Does it guarantee people development OR it just guarantees easy transfer of power from one party to another through the mood of the people ? In the South African case....Is the ruling party that negotiated for democracy becoming the victims of their own choice of a system now ?

Department of Public Service and Admin(Dpsa) Minister Ngoako Dlamaklodi is at Sisa Dukashe stadium at 10am today for the Youth Imbizo. Together with the BCMM Mayor and the Municipality partnership, a 200 youth will be selected to be employed at the Municipality and paid by the DPSA. I was told that ladies demand and say communication is the key in a relationship, but men believe that it is the key that is used to lock them inside the house.......they can't go anywhere or they're starting a fight once they tell that they're going somewhere.. I wonder !
