We aim to equip and empower people with employability and the entrepreneurial skills needed to support themselves and their families. WORK-4aLiving Centres are where the unemployed youth are taught how to:

Work with excellence
Start businesses and
Ultimately, help themselves career wise

Once a WORK-4aLiving programme has been completed, students are assisted to:

Present themselves in an intervi

Start a business (with the help of our Business School)
Further skills training (at our Computer Lab or elsewhere)
Further their education (Redo Gr 12 or Tertiary education)

What stood out for me in the W4AL course is everything, from how we start the class with the foundation of God, is really beautiful.

The lesson about professionalism is the one lesson that I found to be most important because, as I have been working, I have thought that I was a professional, but now I know how I can be professional even more.

This programme is really beautiful and educational and, as you have said that the most important class is that class, and I have also taken to me as to build my confidence for an interview. I did have confidence, but what I learnt there opened my eyes even more, and now I know how to answer difficult questions without being out of line.
