From judging excellence at IOTY to being recognised for excellence in property media.

A huge congratulations to Neale Petersen and the Real Estate Investor Magazine team on their recognition at the SAPOA - South African Property Owners Association Journalism Awards for Excellence 2026.

REI was named runner-up for Property News Website of the Year, having also secured nominations across three major property media categories. REI South Africa
Neale was one of our Investor of the Year 2026 judges, while REI joined us as our Online Media Partner for Season 5, sharing the stories and achievements of South Africa’s property investment community.

We loved having Neale and REI as part of our IOTY journey, and we’re delighted to celebrate this achievement with them.
