RE: PHENDULA KUSASA TRADING (PTY) LTD (REGISTRATION NUMBER: 2017/264372/07)
1. We refer to the above.
2. We confirm our mandate to represent Phendula Kusasa Trading (Pty) Ltd, a private company with registration number 2017/264372/07, having its registered address at 45 Ina Street, Del
Judor, Emalahleni, Mpumalanga, and principal place of business at 5 Wellington St. Model Park, Emalahleni (“our client”).
3. Our instructions are to address this correspondence to all third parties who might have contracted with our client as suppliers of goods and services over the past couple of months.
4. Our client has been the victim of a crime syndicate, who misrepresent themselves as authorised representatives of our client, and places orders for the delivery of certain goods and services at
third party suppliers.
5. In all these fraudulent transactions, the perpetrators opt to collect the goods from the supplier, and not have them delivered at our client’s place of business as listed above.
6. Most of these fraudulent transactions are accompanied by documents completed by said perpetrators, and the signatures are forgeries.
7. Our client is in the process of a proper investigation to pursue apprehension these perpetrators, who they suspect to be a previous employee who had access to all their financial records,
templates, and signatures, and a criminal case was opened and registered at the South African Police Services Emalahleni.
Your offices are kindly directed not to engage with any third parties except for our client’s Ms Lisa Olivier, and any orders placed must please be confirmed with her, with the following details:
