Vukanini Taxi Association hosted Annual General meeting (AGM) at Lilian Ngoyi hall in secunda. And elections were also conducted same day where Mr FJ Sibanyoni and his Executive committee were re-elected unopposed for the forth time marking the excellent amount of work they have done for the organization.

Membership voted all in favor saying you cannot fix what is not broken.

Vukanini is one of the best performing local taxi association in Govan Mbeki municipality under Gert Sibsnde District in Mpumalanga province.
Having recently signed an historical deal with Absa bank South Africa in the province for all taxi installments being reduced to R12000 monthly from R18000, membership raised their appreciation to the Second Deputy president Santaco who is also a provincial chairman in Mpumalanga Mr FJ Sibanyoni for taking taxi industry to New heights.

Like every years Vukanini taxi association (VUKTA) management visited few school in Govan Mbeki Municipality to donate with various items to needy school children as part of Mandela Day celebration.

MR FJ Sibanyoni chairman of Vukanini taxi association identified one family in emba extention 21 who lived in squartes and recently their shack burned down... They lost everything.

A great leader knows when to lend a helping hand, This coming week a newly built house will be handed over to that family as part of giving back to the community by Mr FJ Sibanyoni.

TRAFFIC UPDATE: VUKANANI ASSOCIATION (VUKTA) FIXING POTHOLES ON GRACELAND ROAD

VUKTA Association went out in full force patching potholes on the Graceland Road from eMbalenhle to Secunda this afternoon, 25 January 2024.

Concrete was poured in all the open potholes.

This initiative was discussed after the accident which occured on Monday, 22 January 2024.

Motorists are urged to be patient with one another whilst driving on this road as the concrete will take time to dry up.

In conjunction with the theme "IT IS IN YOUR HANDS" VUKANINI TAXI ASSOCIATION Together with leadership of Santaco RSA and Provincial visited one of the lucky schools around Mpumalanga province Maphala Gulube primary school which was Built by the hounarable Nelson Mandela (late) and donated with shool shoes about 530, sanitary towels, Pencils, Pens, Colgate as well as faceclothes amongst other gift presented was the new Ndebele attire donated by Vukta Chairman 2nd Deputy president of Santaco RSA Mr FJ Sibanyoni(Maleleza) present in this group...... It was an outstanding event again we would like to apploud The leadership of Vukanini taxi association and all stakeholders involved in giving back to our community 🙏🏾🙏🏾
