Tenders and RFQs are compiled daily from Ariba's network of approximately 4000 South African Buyers as well as gathered and collated from over 700 websites, gazettes and tender bulletins, and over 200 newspapers. You receive notice of tenders and RFQs issued by government departments (national, provincial and local), public works, SA Police, Correctional Services, Parastatals (e.g. Telkom, Eskom, Petro SA, Transnet), architects, consultants and more.

Tenders and RFQs are matched to geographical areas as well as commodities and services. Subscribers receive only Tenders and RFQs particular to their core business and geographical area, via email, on a daily basis. In addition to the daily emailed tenders, subscribers also gain access to their subscription on the website https://tradeworld.sap.com where they can: update their commodities, view and search historical information etc. More than 45000 orders a month valued at approximately ZAR950 Million, are processed through this system, making Ariba and SAP company the largest provider of trade leads in Africa.
