*Despatch Supervisor Duties:*
Receiving and despatch of goods, offloading containers, checking stock levels, checking raw material levels, quality control, liaising with other departments, generating weekly reports.

Advance Brushware was invited to and attended the Black Industrialist & Exporters conference at Sandton Convention Centre on 20 July 2022.

We had the ear of the President and various Ministers for the entire day. We discussed challenges and opportunities faced in business, and brainstormed how to overcome these, eg. Loadshedding, inefficient ports and freight networks, access to funding, corruption etc. Breakaway sessions targeted Promoting exports & AfCFTA, Facilitating transformation, Challenges and opportunities financing black industrialists, Understanding the impact of BEE.

The evening ended with a gala dinner and awards presentation. It was great to rub shoulders with captains of industry.

President Ramaphosa did a walkabout and interacted with business that exhibited their wares:

*Duties:* Receiving and despatch of goods, Liaising with the warehouse manager, Co-ordinating assembly and delivery of orders received from the sales team, Quality & Quantity control check before loading, Managing delivery schedules of drivers, Fleet management, enruring vehicle services, licensing etc done on time.
