TCS Wi-Fi is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to take full operational and commercial ownership of our Franschhoek branch.

This role is suited to a proven leader with a background in ISP, networking, or technology, who understands how to manage people, systems, and performance in a technically driven environment.

Role Focus
• End-to-end branch operations
• Leading, coaching, and holding teams accountable
• Driving sales growth, service quality, and customer experience
• Managing budgets, KPIs, reporting, and compliance
• Supporting Senior Management on strategic and operational initiatives

Minimum Requirements
• Previous experience in an ISP, networking, or technology-driven environment
• Strong people-management and leadership experience
• Commercially minded with sound budgeting and KPI skills
• Highly organised, disciplined, and process-driven
• Confident, hands-on, and comfortable taking full ownership

This is a leadership role, not a caretaker position.
We are looking for someone who values accountability, structure, and long-term impact.
