TASTING ROOM AMBASSADORS

Eikehof Wine Estate in Franschhoek is searching for two dynamic individuals with bubbly personalities to join our Tasting Room Team. Position available is to be a wine tasting ambassador. 🍷

We are looking for a dedicated individual with excellent communication- and people skills. Individuals must be hardworking, motivated, enthusiastic and friendly. A person with great team spirit is required, whilst they should also be confident to work on their own.

It is essential that candidates have good knowledge of the wine industry and a passion for wine. Candidates must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi- tasking environment while they are focused to maintain our customer service standards. It is important that the individual is willing to learn, a fast learner and open to feedback received.

Minimum requirements:
-Must be fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
-Wine knowledge is essential.
-Previous Tasting room experience will be favourable
-Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate
-Entry-level wine related qualification and/or hospitality experience will count in favour
-Own, reliable transport (reside in or nearby Franschhoek)

Candidates will be required to work on public holidays as well as over weekends.

Candidates should be available to start as soon as possible.
