Its been so very long since I've posted here - shooting and editing keeps you so busy, that's all you focus on when season hits! But I'd love to share a pic from something I'm working on that's so very dear to my heart. Tumelo called me up and asked if I could help a brother out :D He planned to propose to his highschool sweetheart Kabi on her 26th birthday and wanted me to be there to capture the day as it unfolded and the INCREDIBLY beautiful Le Franschhoek Hotel & Spa. We luckily had the excuse of her birthday for the pre-proposal couple shoot and reason as to why I'd still be around while dinner took place ;) I WAS THE HAPPIEST PHOTOGRAPHER to be apart of such a momentous and raw occasion - so unscripted. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the both of you for allowing me to be apart of this most exciting milestone in your lives!! I couldn't be happier for you both - perfect together in every single way!!

The sweetie flower girls! What little rockstars - they couldn't wait for the party to begin that evening and joined all the dancing late that evening saying they didn't want to miss Ana's first dance!! Isabella, the one in the first photo looking at me drew this AWESOME picture of her as a flower girl at Ana's wedding and I was CRAZY honoured when i got a feature too!!! THE BEST behind the scenes pic if ever I did see one!!! Thank you so much Isabella I absolutely love this so much and can't wait to get a copy of this picture for my wall!! ###

Two extra special ladies in Ana's life - Her wonderful mother Maria and lovely sister Grisalda. Grisalda was such a trooper - she had hurt her ankle and had it strapped up but uncomplaining walked all over the farm with us for bridal party photos!! You were awesome Gris! And aunty Maria was the perfect hostess and so warm and welcoming. The reception was held at their family hotel Swellengrebel and everything was just so beautiful!!
