Okay… we need to admit something. 🫣
The last few weeks have been BUSY. Like coffee-is-a-food-group, what-day-is-it, where-did-I-put-that-job-card busy. ☕😂
And because we genuinely hate disappointing anyone, we’ve been saying “YES!” to rush jobs, last-minute requests and impossible deadlines…
And somewhere between trying to be superheroes and keeping everyone happy, we started dropping a few balls.
That’s not the standard we want for CPS.
So, as much as we hate admitting it, we got in a little over our heads. We’ve had to stop, look at the bigger picture and make a decision that is better for our customers, our team and the quality of the work leaving our doors. ❤️
From now on, we’re going to be a little stricter with our turnaround times and deadlines.
Because here’s the thing…
You’ll happily order something from Temu and wait two weeks for the parcel. 😜
At CPS, we’re not simply taking something off a shelf and putting it in a box.
We design it.
We print it.
We cut it.
We finish it.
We brand it.
We make it.
And behind every job is a real person taking the time to create something we’re proud to hand over to you.
Our team has been working under immense pressure trying to squeeze “just one more urgent job” into an already full production schedule — and that isn’t fair to them, to us, or to the customers whose jobs were booked first.
So our new philosophy is simple:
GOOD WORK TAKES TIME.
GREAT WORK IS WORTH WAITING FOR. ❤️
We will always do our very best to accommodate genuine emergencies where we can, but “I forgot to order it” can unfortunately no longer automatically become “CPS must make it today.” 😅
Please give us the time we need to give your job the attention it deserves.
Because if it’s worth putting the CPS name behind it, it’s worth doing properly.
