INTERNAL SALES VACANCY

A glass packaging Company situated in Maxmead, Pinetown requires the services of an Internal Sales person

Preference will be given to candidates with at least two years experience in a similar role

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Proficiency in Excel
Pastel knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
High level of computer literacy
Generating sales to meet sales targets
Processing of orders and handling customer enquiries
Quotations
Administration duties
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Deadline orientated
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Sales and customer driven
Professional and presentable
A positive attitude that will contribute to the success of the business
Own transport

BRAND MARKETING MANAGER

A client who is an innovative personal care company based in Muizenberg is looking for an experienced, driven, and vibrant marketer with a passion for haircare, skincare and beauty.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute and implement a 6+ month marketing strategy and coordinate marketing activations or promotions.

Management of existing brands, brand building; managing the launch and roll-out of new brands as well as developing CI.

Work closely with offsite developers to launch new brands and maintain existing brand websites. (This involves briefing, project management, content creation and copywriting).

Execute and implement a campaign management strategy.

Develop a trade marketing team to action all aspects of trade campaigns.

Work closely with external agencies to conceptualize, brief in and monitor paid media campaigns.

Take the lead on social media strategy and campaign development.

Brief and create social media content, post and engage with communities on key platforms.

Monthly reporting on social media strategy and campaigns.

Create short to mid-length copy for retail listings, social media content, press releases, newsletters, and web content.

Analysis of the effectiveness of all efforts and how that translates to sales targets.

Researching new product opportunities, customer insights and industry trends.

Working closely with sales team to manage local and international clients.

Working with influencers and bloggers, managing trade exchanges and other PR activations and or events.

Managing relationships with external agencies.

Managing a small team across marketing, brand, sales and social media functions l.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
A relevantant degree or diploma would be advantageous
Must have suitable experience in marketing, sales, advertising, e-commerce.
Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC/CPC, social media)
Design skills beneficial
Exceptional knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Ability to manage budgets
Ability to compile monthly reports
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
Experience and an interest in the natural and textured hair care, skincare, and beauty industry would be advantageous.
Must be able to lead a small team

Salary R35 000 to R45 000 CTC per month, based on experience.

Start date 30 June 2023
