We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and detail-oriented Auction Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate administration and financial processing of auctions and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, deadlines and client service are essential.

📍 Location: George, Western Cape
🕚 Employment: Full-time
📩 Remuneration: Market-related and negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
🗓️ Starting date: As soon as possible

✍️ 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
• 3–5 years’ relevant administrative experience
• 3–5 years’ bookkeeping experience
• Excellent computer literacy, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other MS Office programs
• Experience working with administrative/accounting systems and system-based processing
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence

• Excellent Financial administrative and organisational skills
