Key Responsibilities
• Process individual and group reservations accurately in (PMS).
• Maximize room revenue.
Ensure excellent customer service..
• Room availability & quote rates according to property policies.
• Up sell rooms, packages, and property services.
• Amend, cancel, and confirm reservations as required.
• Ensure all bookings have correct payment details.
• Liaise with Front Office, Sales / Marketing regarding bookings
• Recon Credit Cards to opera (Operating System)
• Issue AR Invoices – assist Debtors department
• Allocate payments and post to applicable reservations
• Nedbank IVeri & Lite recon & post payments & to guests
• Process refunds / credit note paperwork
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records.
• Handle special requests and VIP bookings.
• Compliance with policies and reservation procedures.
• Daily pickup reports, occupancy updates, etc.).
