Hailing from the cool-climate Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, is globally revered for crafting profound, terroir-driven wines defined by restraint, complexity and incredible finesse.

For this special evening, Chef Lizelle Stolze has curated a bespoke three-course seasonal menu, perfectly paired to showcase the depth and expression of Ataraxia's interpretation of the terroir.

The Beeslaar Wine Dinner at MUSE was a true celebration of South African winemaking, featuring beautifully crafted dishes paired with the distinguished wines of winemaker Abrie Beeslaar.

From elegant Chardonnay pairings to the bold character of Cape Courage and Pinotage, every course showcased the harmony between great cuisine and remarkable wine.

I somehow missed posting about this incredible event, but it's too good not to share.

We had the most memorable tasting experience with chef Nicolette Moolman, whose exceptional attention to flavour and detail created a truly unforgettable afternoon.

The beautiful Old Vine Chenin Blancs from Brandseberg — Somerkind and Rhenosterbosrug — together with their captivating Cinsaults, were perfectly paired with Nicolette's inspired menu. It was quite simply a match made in heaven.

If you're looking for a unique food and wine experience, treat yourself and gather a group of friends. This exclusive experience is available for a minimum of 10 guests.

The wines of Roodekrantz showcased just how beautifully expressive Old Vine Chenin Blanc and elegant Cinsault can shine when paired with thoughtfully crafted cuisine.
