Virtual Spin Inter-Active Indoor Cycling Studio! Come join us for a fun & intense 45 minute Indoor cycling session!!! Class times are: 6am, 8am, & 6pm.

Sessions are either R30 per class, or R250 for the month. Chose between a virtual instructor (Using "My Ride" technology) or do virtual cycling routes with the help of your own personal qualified spinning instructor. Alternative times can be negotiated. However, bookings are preferred. (Ten spinners per/session)

Interested in one-on-one personal fitness training???? Receive personal training by

one of our qualified personal trainers in the comfort of your home or office. All necessary equipment required for a full body workout is provided for. At home personal training is R800 per month for 3 one-hour sessions per week, and also includes unlimited access to the Virtual Spin facilities. Contact me for any more information.
