🔴 Red Light Therapy & Injury Repair — What's Actually Happening
Most people think of red light therapy as a wellness trend.
What it actually is — is a precise conversation with your cells.
When red and near-infrared light (typically 630–850nm) penetrates the skin, it reaches the mitochondria — the energy centres of your cells — and supports their ability to produce ATP, the fuel that powers cellular repair and regeneration.
For injury recovery, this matters.
Tissues that are inflamed, stressed, or slow to heal are often operating in a low-energy state.
