Today, Probe IMT officially becomes IMT - Integrated Mining Technologies.

The name has changed. Our purpose hasn't.

For years, our customers stopped asking us for products. They started asking us to solve bigger problems - integrating technologies, improving safety, increasing productivity, and helping them make better decisions in some of Africa's most demanding mining environments. We evolved into a different company, a partner that turns complexity into certainty.

Today, we’re excited to launch a new brand identity that reflects who we are.

Alongside our new brand identity, we are proud to announce a strengthened shareholding structure that reflects our commitment to transformation, growth and long-term value creation. We have welcomed three highly regarded South African private equity firms - AIH Capital, Kleoss Capital and Ditiro Capital — to our shareholder base.
