RP Africa Fleet Services Fleet Management Services RP Africa Fleet Services Group was started by current CEO and founder Ig Liebenberg in 2009. Check it out in our video section.

This one-man business was focussed on HR and Training consultancy as well as the provision of outsourced labour solutions. Over the years our commitment to customer service, understanding our clients needs, building solid relationships and the ability to adapt to a changing business environment have paved the way for what we are today. es outside the borders of South Africa looming, the business took a new direction. Our CEO developed a unique cross-border driver management solution. Which were later expanded to the provision of a full cross-border fleet and driver management solution. In 2016 the group acquired a majority stake in NS Traders. NS Traders sports its own dedicated cross border fleet of 30 vehicles, dedicated to cross-border transport services into the SADC region. In the same year we opened our first truck park in Livingstone Zambia. Financial Director Rene Liebenberg, also wife to Ig Liebenberg joined with the acquisition of NS Traders. She brought with her, a major contribution of 22 years of experience in the financial sector. Today RP Africa has a staff compliment of over 1300 staff and a footprint all over Africa. Registered offices in 6 African countries with additional fleet management support offices at all the major South African export border posts and truck parks in Zambia. to support our cross-border fleet management services to and from the Democratic Republic of Congo and Tanzania.

2020 brought its own challenges. But true to the RP spirit we have developed and launched our RP Africa Fleet Services document manager application. Our success and growth are attributed to family values, hard work, dedication, strong client relationship and partnerships, legislative compliance, and the ability to adapt and provide clients with tailormade solutions. • Capture and reconcile of bank statements.
• Invoicing of Customers.
• Capturing of Supplier invoices.
• Debtor and Creditor recons.
• Reconcile of General Ledger.
• Other Pastel functions when required.
• Loading and approving of bank payments.
• Cost Control on Fleet cards and Telephone accounts
• Day to day assistance to top management.

• Handle all salary queries from drivers & key account manager
• Capture all payments correctly on business banking
• Process all new ewallets
• Maintain current ewallets, request statements & follow up on issues
• Calculate & load weekly food money payments, casual payments & bonuses
• Check salary schedule, ensure all terminated & new employees are correctly updated
• Check daily rate (Dollar/Kwacha) & load salaries, deductions, trip bonuses accordingly on VIP
• Update and print infoslips
• Print payslips
• Load net salaries on Bank
• Submit Salaries after approved by HR & client paid
• Roll over all companies on VIP
• Invoice Clients
• Forex payments & land arrangements
• Backup VIP & Pastel
• Send VIP reports
• Arrange pulsit unit installation
• Follow up on Client payments
• Manage fleet cards
• Ensure all breakdowns are invoices
• Ensure all transport forex biweekly invoices are done and follow up on payment
• Interafrica orders
• Monthly EMP201 submissions
• Bi-Annual PAYE recon EMP501 submission (easy file)

• VIP Advance User with International Payroll experience for Africa important
• Self-starter and willing to go the extra mile
• BCom Degree will be an advantage
