From the first light of sunrise to the end of the day, our cows remain at the heart of everything we do. 🐄💙

This year, Think Cow is the focus across Just Milk. At Ida Dairy and Kerrera, it guides every routine, every decision and every action - because our cows matter.

Think Cow. Our Cows Matter.

This year, Think Cow is the focus across Just Milk. 🐄💙

It is more than a message - it is the way we need to work. At Mountain View Dairy, every decision we make, every task we complete and every action we take should begin with one important question:

“What is best for the cow?”

Our cows are at the heart of our farm. Their health, comfort, care and wellbeing must always come first.

When we Think Cow first, we support healthier cows, stronger teams and a more sustainable future for Just Milk.

Think Cow. Our cows matter.

Looking after our people means looking after their wellbeing too. 💙👓

Through our Eye Care Project, Just Milk covers the cost of eye tests for all our employees, helping to make essential eye care more accessible and ensuring our teams have the opportunity to get their eyes checked regularly.

With access to public eye care services in the Eastern Cape often being challenging, this initiative is one small but important way we can support the people who are such an important part of Just Milk.

Because when we care for our people, we strengthen the whole Just Milk family. 🐄💙

A partnership built over many years deserves to be celebrated. 💙

At Udder Day 2026, we had the opportunity to celebrate someone who has become so much more than a partner to Just Milk. Peter King is someone we often struggle to distinguish between partner and colleague, because he has been such an important part of our Just Milk journey.

Peter has played a significant role in growing not only our soils at Just Milk, but perhaps most importantly, in investing in and growing our people.

🐮 Fun Fact: Peter actually came up with the name HITT for our HITT values.

While Peter’s expertise lies in soils, his appreciation for people is just as remarkable. He has always been willing to share his knowledge, challenge our thinking and invest in developing everyone from students to management.

At Udder Day, we took a moment to recognise Peter as he enters retirement. But no words can truly thank someone who has lived the Just Milk Way alongside us for so many years. 🐄👏

Some people leave more than a legacy. They leave a lasting impact on the people, farms and industry around them. 💙

At Udder Day 2026, we were honoured to celebrate Dave and Phil with a special Retirement Recognition Award, thanking them for their years of dedication, leadership and unwavering commitment to the dairy industry. Your contributions have helped shape where we are today, and your influence will be felt for many years to come. Wishing you both every happiness in this well-deserved new chapter. 🐄👏

You’ve created an extraordinary business - and, more importantly, a legacy that’s allowed so many of us at Just Milk to grow our careers and lives. Everything you do reflects the Just Milk way, and you both inspire us every day.
