PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING
The decision to screen candidates before employment is made by the client. The reasons for testing will differ, but the aim of these tests is to provide employers peace of mind regarding the integrity and previous conduct of prospective employees.
INCIDENT/CASE SPECIFIC EXAMINATIONS
These tests are conducted following a specific incident that is under investigation, e.g. murder, fraud, theft, arson, assault, r**e etc. These test are usually focussed on the person's direct involvement in or guilty knowledge about the incident.
PERIODIC EXAMINATIONS
These tests are conducted periodically (e.g. every 3-6 months) to verify whether employees have been involved in any activities within the company that would not be acceptable and may be harmful to the organisation. These tests aim to identify suspicious behaviour and to strengthen trust in employees who adhere to the ethos of the organisation.
INFIDELITY EXAMINATIONS
More that anything else, infidelity stems from lack of respect for your partner and is a major cause of insecurity and stress in a relationship. A polygraph examination will give you peace of mind by either restoring trust in your partner or by confirming your suspicions.
