So today was a spaghetti and meatballs day yum it just hit the spot even tho I think my sis makes it better because when growing up she used to mix the spaghetti and sauce and now my husband likes it separate lol. And a meatball is so quick and easy just throw in whatever in the spice draw.

Hot out of the oven now yum yum just to make hot chocolate

Here is the simplest recipe ever
Ingredients:
350g castor sugar
4 xlarge eggs
150g melted butter
5ml vanilla essence
1cup cake flour
Pinch of salt
100g of good cocoa
100g of dark chocolate cut into pieces
100g pecan nuts cut into pieces

Method:
Beat sugar and eggs till pale colour add butter and vanilla essence. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stirring through the pecan nuts and chocolate pieces. Bake at 180deg for 30-40 mins till lightly squishy in the middle you want that squish do not overbake big NO NO
U can just simply dust with icing or drizzle with melted chocolate but in our house we can't wait so we it it warm out of the oven. Enjoy
