After 20 years in the beauty and wellness industry, I am proud to have opened my doors again on a full time basis in Somerset West.
My journey has always been rooted in a genuine passion for beauty, wellbeing and helping people feel their best. Over the years, this passion has naturally evolved into a more holistic approach to wellness and self care.
My space is designed to offer a calm and considered environment where beauty treatments, therapeutic wellness and mindful movement come together.
I am also currently expanding the space to include my own private yoga studio, which will allow me to bring together my experience in beauty therapy with my love for yoga and holistic wellness.
This is a very meaningful new chapter for me and I am grateful to be creating a space that reflects my values, my experience and my vision for the future.

I have always been drawn to beauty, wellness and self care.
I believe beauty starts from within.
My work brings together beauty, yoga, massage and somatic movement.
I focus on helping women feel calm, grounded and connected to their bodies.
My approach is gentle, feminine and intentional.
I create spaces where women can slow down and reconnect with themselves.
Through Lightness of Being, I bring beauty and wellness together.
My goal is simple.
To help women feel good in their bodies, their minds and their lives.

Beauty lies within.
Lightness of Being is built around a simple belief: when you feel good within yourself, it naturally shows on the outside.
Wellness is not about perfection. It is about taking time to care for your body, calm your mind and reconnect with yourself.
Through beauty rituals, yoga, movement and mindful self care, my aim is to create a space where women can slow down, breathe and feel good in their own skin.
Because true beauty is not just how you look.
It is how you feel.
