I have worked in the catering industry for over 9 years and I believe that my skills and experience can help you be the best you can be! I have an in-depth understanding of the demands of the industry and the ability to share the diversity of the environment with a focus on client and customer services. I have experience in looking after budgets, business planning overheads and profit & loss account, managing food budgets and ordering supplies. I was also responsible for ensuring that health and safety regulations where strictly observed. I have worked closely with front and back of house staff to ensure quality of the product and service was provided. So not only can I train new waiters just getting into the industry but i could assist existing staff and existing establishments with general improvements. I successfully managed a centre of excellence for 3 years running in London for a large chain restuarant and was responsible for all the training within that specific group.
