It is often difficult to explain, but this quote from Benoît Gouez of Moët et Chandon encapsulates it so well. “Leonardo da Vinci used to say that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. I really believe in that and it’s not easy to be simple.
…often people confuse. …it’s like the difference between complexity and completeness. Complexity can be complicated.
…it’s easy to add more things. It’s challenging to remove things until the moment you have the l’essentiel. …the quintessence of things.
It’s really my journey. It’s what I’m looking for. … being so precise that things become obvious and look to be simple”
