WE’RE HIRING: OFFICE MANAGER (HERMANUS)
Electrotech is urgently looking for a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to manage and run all internal office operations.
This is a key role within the business and requires someone who is confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall office and administrative management
- Basic bookkeeping and financial administration
- HR and staff administration
- Project and site administration support
Minimum requirements:
- 5–10 years’ experience in office administration
- Experience in project administration/coordination
- Good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Additional details:
- Position is office-based in Hermanus
- Not a remote position
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, during normal office hours
- Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience
