Every time Shaun Matthews from SC Blinds consults to install a new blind, he would have to have a 1-2-1 with the customer to really understand what the customer needs and wants. In an ideal world, we would all, as business owners, continually sit and discuss in detail with the customer before each order or job. In reality, we do not always have the time, resources or the inclination.
What Evalu8r does can be viewed exactly as that; A hearty 1-2-1 with your best customers, to gather business critical information; information which would help you, the business owner to make decisions about your business.

As a business owner, continually trying to guess what your customer wants and needs, and how their needs are constantly changing, is very trying. Sometimes you get it right, and sometimes you get it wrong. You can’t afford to relax for a second for fear of missing an opportunity.
Thabani Mlambo, from Liberty has a strap line that goes like this: “Liberty; The advantage of Knowing”. It made me think….. The advantage of knowing what your customer wants and needs, takes all the guesswork out of steering the business. That is a huge risk removed from your business.
