We will be presenting the following on-line training courses during September 2021:

• Tuesday 7th of September 2021, 10am – 1pm: Merchandising
• Wednesday 8th of September 2021, 10am – 1pm: Foundation Customer Care
• Tuesday 14th of September 2021, 10am – 1pm: Investigating Measurement & Shape (IMAS)
• Wednesday 15th of September 2021, 10am – 1pm: Sales Assistant
• Thursday 16th of September 2021, 10am – 1pm: Simply Plans Reading
• Tuesday 21st of September 2021, 10am – 1pm: Simply Electrical
• Wednesday 22nd of September 2021, 10am – 1pm: Telephone Etiquette
• Thursday 23rd of September 2021, 10am – 1pm: Increase Basket Size

To book for next week’s training, please speak to your manager to book you a slot.

For those who have not yet done the on-line training, the training is presented over the Kunjani platform (similar to Zoom).
You will need:
1. A computer that is connected to the internet;
2. A stable internet connection; and
3. Audio (microphone, speakers and a camera).

If you have attended training (whether on-line or at a venue in your area) and you have completed your assessment, you will be receiving your certificate soon. It is printed and ready to be posted. Please check with your manager in the next two weeks to receive yours.

In preparation for successful sales over the festive season we have a programme of 3 hour on-line training sessions before the rush in December.

To book staff on a session, please follow the SignUpGenius link shown against each programme. There is a limit of 8 stores per session.

The on-line sessions will use the Kunjani platform. Stores connect to this platform by following the link that is sent to participants 30mins before the start of the training session.
