Me Unleashed Me! Unleashed is a gathering of like-minded people in the pursuit of the mindful application of self-empowerment. Welcome... Feedback we received from the ME!

We believe in finding your essential self; in connecting with your core and, when you’ve managed that, living a more authentic life; and when you’ve managed that, sharing aspects of it with others so that they can take what they want and need in their lives, and then to continue the spiral of giving and sharing until this spiral forms a community of ‘selves’ who make this a better world. met Deborah Don, an alternative healing therapist and self-esteem counsellor, and Desrae Coventry, a life coach and NLP Practitioner, last year. We all shared the same ideas regarding the “mindful application of self-empowerment”. We got together and planned our first Me! Morning – a gathering of like-minded people, sharing, learning and collaborating on “unlocking their potential to move forward on their life’s journey with more ease.”
Our workshops included Circle Dancing, Tai chi and presentations on Self-esteem and Renewing ourselves. Mornings was extremely positive - people felt affirmed, energised and inspired. Everybody wanted the ME! initiative to continue! This year Dee connected with more women interested in unleashing the Me! concept. In March we had over 50 people attend the Me! Morning to hear the presentations of:
Life Coach, Karen Vally; Image Consultant, Idoni Forder; Cosmetics guru, Elaine Kooiman and Dietician, Fran Steart. Their informative, absorbing talks, together with a delicious brunch by Lara Watt, impressed and inspired everyone. There and then people were raving about it, asking about the next Me! Morning. Obviously there is a real need for this type of concept. Women, in particular, want to spend ‘down time’ together, learning and getting involved in a range of relevant issues and ideas. Enter Des van Tonder – another disciple of the unleashed, authentic Me! She was so excited by the concept, she set up this stunning page - our spot where people can mindfully and meaningfully exchange information and ideas and publicise the issues, activities and topics they’re engaging or grappling with. The growth and success of the ME! Concept relies heavily on collaboration. None of us can do it on our own, but together we can rise, soar and shine!!! We’d love you to, we urge you to, become part of taking Me! Unleached forward and expanding it by adding more innovative ideas, more people, more spheres of interest...
