Oos-Kaap Melkmasjiene are proud to have completed another successful dairy installation and would like to congratulate Klein Plaas on the opening of their new dairy.

🐄 Milking System
48-point swing over dairy
VSD-controlled milk pump
Blower vacuum pump
VSD-controlled vacuum pump
2 × CIV units to protect the vacuum pump
DelPro herd management system with electronic scale and sorting gate
C200 Auto Washer

Feeding System
2 × 32.5-ton feed silos with load cells
96 feed bins with augers and motors

Cooling
8,000-litre Double Bank plate cooler with cooling tower
2 × 5,000-litre Ice Banks
2nd hand 24,000-litre Serap milk tank fitted with two new MTZ 160 compressors

Heat Recovery
400-litre heat recovery storage system supplying up to 600 litres of high-pressure hot water
