Office Admin Assistant
Santana Lifting Projects is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Office Admin Assistant to support our internal operations team.
This role plays a key function in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all operational documentation within a fast-paced crane and lifting environment, where compliance, safety, and record-keeping are critical to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain structured physical and digital filing systems.
Capture, upload, and manage job cards, registers, and operational documentation.
Assist with weekly system updates and document control processes.
Provide administrative support to Operations, Logistics, Workshop, and Yard teams.
Assist with accommodation bookings and PPE stock record keeping.
Manage incoming calls and direct communication appropriately.
Support overall office organisation and administrative consistency.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration (or equivalent)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Excellent organisational and filing abilities
Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Advantageous:
Experience in construction, logistics, transport, or crane operations.
Familiarity with job cards, timesheets, or operational documentation.
Basic understanding of health & safety systems.
