EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
Requirements:
• Tertiary education in the relevant field is a plus
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role
• Must be computer literate
• Fluent in English – speaking and writing
Skills or Strengths:
• Creative thinker or ability to think out of the box
• Well-spoken and good writing skills
• Well-presented and dressed appropriately for a corporate environment
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be well organised, with attention to detail
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to follow through and complete tasks
• Ability to pre-empt what the business and CEO requires
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and PowerPoint presentation software
• Diary management of management team, including CEO
• Answering phone calls and directing to appropriate parties or taking a message
• General office duties, including answering incoming mails, ordering supplies and monitoring petrol car usage
• Filing and general admin
• Making travel arrangements for executives and facilitators
• Assist with the arrangement and co-ordination of meetings and functions
• Perform any other related duties as requested by Management
• Marketing and social media understanding and experience, including website updating
• Designing operational processes and systems
