✅ It is justifiable on the following grounds i.e medical grounds , employment conditions, social policy for the fair distribution of employment benefits or if it is an inherent requirement of the job.

Psychological testing

Testing is prohibited unless :

✅ Scientifically shown to be valid and reliable ;
✅ Can be applied fairly ;
✅ Is not biased against a group or person.
