🔌 Here are some practical tips to keep you on the radar of your prospective employer without crossing the line into desperation:

📌 Send a Thoughtful Thank You Note
A simple yet powerful way to leave a lasting impression. Send a thank you email within 24 hours, mentioning a specific detail from the interview that stood out to you.

📌 Connect on LinkedIn
If you haven’t already, now’s the time to connect with your interviewer(s) on LinkedIn. Send a personalized message to express your gratitude and interest in staying in touch.

📌 Give It Some Time Before Following Up
If you haven’t heard back within the timeline they provided, wait a few extra days before reaching out. When you do, keep it polite and reiterate your enthusiasm for the role.

Let me share a little secret with you—on the outside, I might seem confident, composed, and ready to take on any challenge. But on the inside? Well, that’s a whole different story 😶

I've been blessed with the ability to speak well in public, connect with people effortlessly, and build relationships that last.

More often than not, I excel at things I'm trying for the very first time. 👏

The feedback I receive is usually glowing—people often ask me how I manage to do it all with such poise and assurance.

But here's the truth:
📍 I’m often riddled with anxiety.
📍 I constantly wonder, "What am I doing?"
📍 I fear that one day, someone will realize I don’t have it all figured out.

Impostor syndrome? It strikes hard and fast. Yet, I always push through.
Why? Because deep down, I believe that I am not a fluke.

I am destined for greatness, and so are you. 💯

It’s a battle I’ll continue to fight internally, but one thing is for sure:

I Am Certain in My Uncertainty! And that’s okay.

I’ve learned to walk the line of self-doubt with confidence, knowing that every step I take brings me closer to my true purpose. So, if you ever feel like an impostor, remember:

The way our minds are automatically fixated on the end goal; it is often difficult to focus on the small milestones that we achieved along the journeyℹ

I believe that it is indeed an injustice to our efforts, how we often neglect to appreciate and clap for the small steps we have taken❕❗❕❗

Yes, you may seem to be far from that goal you set for yourself 6 months ago, but you surely have made some progress👏🏾

This morning (whenever you come across this), just take time and reflect on the small wins and progress you made so far.... tap yourself on the back and appreciate the fact that you are not stagnant.

Say it out loud that you are proud of your journey_ write it down in the comment (exactly what you are proud of).....

I for one, from this day I promise myself that I will take it easy on me and appreciate my efforts and small steps that I've taken to attain my goals ⬛⬜◼◻◾◽▪️▫️
