Our company have new and exciting vacancies for call Centre agents, Successful applicants will need to ensure that in responding to requests by customers, data protection guidelines are strictly adhered to. They will also be required to log information accurately to a central database and carry out other additional administrative duties as required. Full training is provided.
Requirements:
Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
Able to handle pressure and remain calm and professional.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
Team-player mentality.
Reliability
Key Tasks:
Maintain standards and achieve targets for all KPI areas (Key Performance Indicators)
Handle customer telephone orders and inquiries within set quality and time boundaries
Up selling where appropriate and achieve / exceed targets wherever possible
Support team members and share knowledge
Identify potential issues from customer feedback and highlight to Team Manager
Take on additional tasks as and when required to support the business
