August was another busy month, filled with learning, growth and plenty to celebrate across our programmes.

Our FNB, Telkom, Nedbank, Heineken, iTOO, Standard Bank, ABSA, RMB, Broader Africa and FNB Zambia cohorts all continued their leadership journeys through sessions covering everything from AI and Personal Branding to Power Presence, Growth Mindset and Navigating Corporate Politics.

There were also plenty of opportunities to put learning into action, from mock presentations and Action Learning Projects to Coaching Circles and Leadership Immersions.

A particular highlight was ABSA Masedi, where our Future cohort presented their Action Learning Projects before both cohorts headed into their Leadership Immersions and celebrated their graduation. 🎓

It was great to see our delegates continuing to challenge themselves, have courageous conversations and turn learning into action.

Here’s to another month of learning, growth and impact!

Women’s Month is the easiest month of the year to say the right thing.

A good quote, a colour change, a month of posts. Then September arrives and it goes quiet.

We have come far, and that is worth saying out loud. Women are leading, building and opening doors that were shut a decade ago. But the field is still uneven, which is exactly why women’s programmes exist. Championing women, making room for them and backing them properly is not a seasonal gesture. It is a decision made on purpose, in March and in October, not only in August.

Celebration and honesty can sit in the same month.

August ends today. The work does not.

The dawn of light. ☀️

Yesterday the Absa Masedi 2026 cohort graduated — and what a day it was.

To every delegate: you showed up, you did the work, and you did it together. This isn’t the end of the programme, it’s your first light.

Congratulations. Now go shine. 🎓

“Real strength was never about taking up all the space.”

Kgaugelo Habyane on what allyship actually looks like — not the grand gestures, the everyday ones. Who gets heard. Who goes first. What you assume before anyone speaks.

The abilities were always there.

For our Women’s Month 2026 spotlight series, we are celebrating Tovè Sithole, Head of Talent & Brand at iTOO Special Risks (Pty) Ltd, who has helped drive iTOO iGNITE alongside The Networking Company.

After more than fifteen years of work, Tovè has come to believe that real strength lies in the courage to truly know yourself and the value you bring. In her spotlight, she shares why leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room but about helping others find their power.

That’s what she has watched happen through iGNITE: people finding a confidence in abilities that were always there, just silenced or unnoticed.

It doesn’t end when the programme does. Long after, she still sees people performing at a level they didn’t know they had in them.
Programmes like iGNITE show what happens when a business chooses to see the potential already sitting in its people.

We are grateful to Tovè and iTOO for backing the talent that comes through, year after year.

“Every woman’s success should be an inspiration to another.”

For Portia Moyo, our Operations Manager, the best part of TNCo’s women’s development programmes is watching women step into their power and realise they have something of value to add that’s unique to them.

But she’ll tell you it goes both ways. Every room full of women she walks into shows her something she’s still working on in herself.

Growth isn’t a one-way transaction. We are strongest when we cheer each other on. 💛

Happy Women’s Month to all our amazing queens.

Visibility is not vanity. It’s ownership of your story. ✨

Too often, we walk into rooms carrying everyone else’s value while forgetting our own.

For Lindiwe Mbatha , helping women be seen and heard starts with something deeper: helping them remember who they are.

Because you can perform brilliantly on the outside while quietly suffocating on the inside.

Her work is about bridging that gap and helping people build the internal foundation to show up fully, without pouring from an empty cup.

We’re proud to collaborate with Lindiwe and to see the impact of this work unfold across both professional and personal spaces.

🎥 Meet Lindiwe Mbatha and hear more about the work she’s doing.

Standing up does not have to look like a keynote or a campaign. Most of the time it looks like asking for the salary. Saying the idea out loud in the meeting. Putting your hand up for the role you are not sure you are ready for. Backing the woman two seats down when the room goes quiet.

None of that feels historic while you are doing it. It still moves the line for everyone behind you.

Happy Women’s Month.

Backing women starts with a decision.

Meet Amanda Montgomery from Telkom, who is leading the development of women through AMARA, alongside TNCo.

Investing in women is a choice a business makes on purpose. In her spotlight, Amanda shares what leadership means to her, why developing women still matters so much today, and what she hopes the women who come through will walk away with.

This is her Women’s Month 2026 spotlight. Grateful does not quite cover it.

The talent was always there.

The question is whether we are creating systems that recognise it, reward it and give women the room to lead.

Women should not have to wait for a seat at the table when they have already earned one.

At TNCO, we believe celebrating women is about more than one month. It is about changing what happens in the other 11.
