arted at Harmony Gold, where I held a position of Group Corporate Affairs and went on to be a founder and CEO of a 100% Women-Owned Company, Khusela Women Investments, a coal mining company that established operating mines in the Mpumalanga Coalfields. I lead a vibrant and dynamic team specialising in Strategic Sustainability Reporting in line with the New World Sustainability Vision 2030 of the UN Sustainability Development Goals. I founded WaterBearer Sustainable Development, a company that specialises in Socio-Economic Development of mine communities. I am currently a Non-Executive Director of HCI Coal, Ori Professionals, and the Chairman and acting CEO of Women in Mining Business (WiMBIZ, SA). I am also the South African Country Chair - Sustainable Mining, ESG for G100: Mission Million and was selected as one of the 2018 Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining by Women In Mining UK. Having held executive and non-executive director positions in some of South Africa’s Blue-Chip Companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, I am passionate about using my skills and experience to help businesses thrive.
